Terms of Service

Welcome to DrawKarts. By using the service you agree to these terms. Because the game is for children, an account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on the child's behalf.

The service

DrawKarts turns a photo of a hand-made paper drawing into a driveable 3D toy car with stats and sounds, which you can drive and share via a public garage link.

Your content

You keep ownership of the drawings you upload. You grant DrawKarts a licence to process and display them for the purpose of running the game — generating your car, showing it in your garage, and (if you choose to share your garage) displaying the generated car and its stylized image. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you submit.

Acceptable use

Upload only hand-made drawings on paper. Do not upload photos of real people, offensive or inappropriate content, or anything you do not have the right to use. Car and character names and nicknames are filtered; we may remove content or names that break these rules. The safety check will reject photos that are not drawings or that contain a real person.

Free use and limits

The free tier includes a limited number of car generations and a maximum of three active cars per garage, enforced by the service. Any future paid features will be clearly described and parent-gated.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DrawKarts is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
